Getmd.ai (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the getmd.ai platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email/password or Google OAuth). We also store your company name and billing details if you subscribe to a paid plan.

Usage data

We automatically collect information about how you and AI bots interact with sites served through Getmd.ai, including request timestamps, paths requested, user-agent strings, IP addresses, response sizes, and token counts. This data powers the analytics dashboard.

Site configuration

We store the configuration you provide when adding sites to Getmd.ai, including origin URLs, CMS type, cache settings, content signal preferences, and llms.txt content.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Getmd.ai service
• To convert and cache your website content as markdown
• To display analytics about AI bot traffic to your sites
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about service updates and support
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Cloudflare’s global edge network. Cached markdown content is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and follow security best practices for data at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Getmd.ai:

• Supabase – authentication, database, and serverless functions
• Cloudflare – DNS, CDN, edge workers, and KV storage
• Vercel – frontend hosting
• Stripe – payment processing (when applicable)
• Google – OAuth authentication

Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Cached markdown content is retained according to the cache TTL you configure (default: 1 hour). Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
